Description

Limited edition print of ‘Serendip’ printed on fine art paper (dimensions: 50 x 70 cm) personally signed and numbered by Maarten, and shipped with care in a sturdy box.

Serendip is named after ‘The Three Princes of Serendip’, an ancient Persian fairy tale from which the word ‘serendipity’ is derived. The story, about a king who sends his sons on a journey of discovery, relates to a key feature of Ripplescapes’ patterns: they unfold unpredictably.
